2008 Webb City Winter/Spring Sports Program - Parent Personal Ads Complete the information for your student athlete/cheerleader personal ad as follows: Your message should be short (ad size is 1/8th of a page). Examples: • Bobby, we are all proud of you. Hit em hard! Mom and Dad • Mary, best of luck for a great junior year. Bobby, Johnny, Mom and Dad • Mary, we love you. The whole gang. Please include your son or daughter’s picture with this form. If you have a digital photo, you can e-mail it along with the message to lora@pittcraft.com and jerod@pittcraft.com. If you choose to email a digital photo please have the student’s full name in the subject line and the designated school in the email copy. • Submitted photo will be in the 2008/2009 Winter/Spring Sports Programs. • The picture you submit WILL NOT be mailed back to you. • The picture can be from prior year sports, a class picture or an action shot. • Baby photos will NOT be accepted. Please send a current picture. • There will be only 1 picture per ad. • More than 1 child? Submit a picture with both children and make a combo ad or purchase 2 ads. PLEASE Paper clip, do not staple.
